The Brazilian chestnut, also called as the cumaru, is a hardwood flooring wood that comes from Brazil. This hardwood flooring has irregular, nearly interlocked grain and wavy, course texture. It is also termite-resistant and it is hard to decay. A Brazilian chestnut's heartwood is mid-brown, containing tan shades that compliment one another with tonal warmth, creating a relaxing feeling that will really make you feel good to come to come home.
